Dropping Flows and Cold Weather

I guess let us start with the conditions.  Current flows as of 11:00am on July 19 are as follows: GREY REEF-3,600cfs, clear from Grey Reef Dam to Glenrock. MIRACLE MILE-2,400cfs, clear.
